By using brooches.sanvik.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Sanvik's Brooches, a sole proprietorship of [Full legal name of proprietor].
1. How buying works
This site is a catalogue. There is no online checkout. You send an enquiry, we reply with price, availability, making time and payment details, and a sale is agreed only when we confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and you complete payment.
2. Our products
- Every piece is handmade, made to order and one of a kind. Small variations in size, weight, shape and finish are natural.
- Sizes and weights shown in the catalogue are approximate.
- Pieces are made in 925 sterling silver. You can ask about purity testing or hallmarking when you enquire.
- Photos and illustrations on the site are for reference. Your piece may differ slightly in appearance, and screen colours vary.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and are confirmed at enquiry. GST is added where applicable. We may ask for full or advance payment before we begin making your piece.
4. Custom requests
Custom changes to design, size or stones are possible where we confirm them in writing. Custom pieces cannot be changed after making begins.
5. Cancellation, returns and delivery
See our Returns and Refunds and Shipping and Delivery policies, which form part of these terms.
6. Ownership of designs and images
All designs, photographs, text and the logo on this site belong to Sanvik's Brooches. Please do not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
7. Limits of liability
We take care to describe our products accurately. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece concerned. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where the law allows.
