1. Made to order
Each piece is made by hand after you confirm your order, so making time is on top of delivery time. We confirm the making time when you enquire. Typical making time: [X to Y working days].
2. Where we deliver
We deliver across India. If you are outside India, write to us before ordering.
3. Dispatch and delivery
- Pieces are dispatched by tracked, insured courier. We share the tracking details when your order ships.
- Delivery usually takes [X to Y working days] after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed before you pay.
5. Packaging
Every piece is packed securely to protect it in transit.
6. When your parcel arrives
- Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged at delivery.
- We recommend recording a short unboxing video. It helps us resolve any transit damage claim quickly.
- If something is wrong, follow the steps in our Returns and Refunds policy.
7. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please give a complete address and a working phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one being available, re-shipping costs may apply.
